Currently La Prairie only ships to Australia. La Prairie Australia will process any order for which a residential or office delivery address is provided. We do not deliver to non-residential addresses (i.e., post office box, parcel locker, parcel pick-up service or freight forwarding company).

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 3pm AEST will be processed the following business day, subject to product availability. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. All orders are subject to bank authorisation prior to processing and only purchases that are authorised and approved will be shipped.

La Prairie is not responsible for any delay in delivery of any order caused by, or in any way connected with, any cause beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to transport delays and industrial disputes).


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your La Prairie purchase, you may return the product in its original packaging and obtain a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Only items purchased from La Prairie with valid and accompanying order information may be accepted for return or exchange.

For enquiries regarding a refund or exchange, please contact Customer Service on 1.800.649.849, Monday through Friday, 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM AEST or email Customer Service.

We do our best to pack and ship your item with the utmost care, however there may be times when an item is damaged in transit. When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer carton to show some wear, however if any of the items in your shipment are damaged, please notify Customer Service via email at Customer Service.


If you have chosen a refund, we undertake to refund the purchase amount within five (5) days of receiving the returned product, provided that you have returned the goods in their original condition at our warehouse within 21 days of delivery. You will receive e-mail notification of your refund from La Prairie Group Australia with our payment reference number.

If you have requested an exchange or replacement, this will be processed within seven (7) days of receiving your returned goods and will be delivered by standard delivery.

This policy is only applicable to purchases made online.

Purchases made from La Prairie Australia authorized stockists cannot be returned via La Prairie Group Australia online. Each stockist (including department stores, salons, spas, travel retail) have separate returns and refund policies.


Pre-Order items. These items are not immediately available for shipping but can be purchased online through invite two to three weeks prior to the public release. These items can be pre-ordered to secure them once they become available. Payment will be reserved when or shortly after your order is placed and your credit card will only be charged for pre-order reservations at the time of shipment. Delivery times will be communicated to you before you place your order and again when you receive order confirmation. You may cancel your order at any time up to the item’s dispatch. Our usual return conditions apply.
