La Prairie currently offers complimentary next business day shipping for all orders in the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Additionally we offer the following guaranteed delivery services:

NEXT DAY 9AM (guaranteed delivery 9am next business day, for orders placed Mon - Fri before 2pm): £30

NEXT DAY 10:30AM (guaranteed delivery 10:30am next business day, for orders placed Mon - Fri before 2pm): £10

NEXT DAY 12PM (guaranteed delivery 12pm next business day, for orders placed Mon - Fri before 2pm): £9

SATURDAY DELIVERY (delivered on the next Saturday when ordered before 2pm Friday): £15

Standard: Delivery next business day if ordered before 2pm: £0

Currently La Prairie only ships to the above locations.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holidays). All orders processed after 13:00 GMT will be processed the following business day and shipped out that day, based on product availability. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or british public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

All orders are subject to bank authorization prior to processing and only purchases that are authorized and approved will be shipped. Once an order is processed, shipping takes approximately 1 business day based on the destination. Delivery to remote areas might result in a longer shipping time.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Please be advised that for security purposes, all package deliveries will require a signature. If a signature waiver is provided, La Prairie cannot accept responsibility for the theft or loss of items once delivered. At this time we are unable to ship to the Northern Ireland and Channel Islands, to P.O. Boxes or outside the United Kingdom.

If you return a product or products in an order, then you must also return any exclusive offer/gift with purchase (GWP) that you may have received with that order or you will be charged the full value of the GWP.

USE A PRE-PAID SHIPPING LABEL - Please complete the return form included with your shipment and repack the unused portion, in its original packaging and enclose the completed form. Affix the UPS pre-paid shipping label with the transparent pouch and call UPS at +44 (0)8457 877 877 to pick up the parcel at your address or give the package to UPS by using the UPS Store, UPS drop box or any UPS driver.
