With this Program, we thank our loyal customers for purchasing our products and participating in certain brand experiences with rewards.
You can collect loyalty program points (“Points”) and, through eligible purchases or certain other Program activities, reach loyalty program tiers within the Program.
La Prairie Loyalty Program is free to participate.
Eligible individuals may register for the Program either
(i) by visiting https://www.laprairie.com/ (the “Website”) and following the instructions to register for the Program or
(ii) with your Beauty Advisor in the participating physical retail locations which are listed on point 10 of these FAQS (“What are the participating points of sale?”).
Granting specific loyalty consent is mandatory for enrollment in the La Prairie Loyalty Program.
Points are awarded per eligible product in accordance with a Points List. Full Points list is available here [link].
In order to be granted Points, you must be registered to the Program before completing your purchase.
When making a purchase in one of the participating Points of Sales and to ensure loyalty points are collected, you must provide your account information to your Beauty Advisor in order to link the purchase to your customer account. Please be sure to always use the same first name, last name, and email address.
When placing an order on the LaPrairie.com website, your order must be placed while logged into your account in order to collect Points.
In addition to collecting points per elegible product, you can collect extra points by reaching specific milestones and engaging with La Prairie:
100 points on first purchase, granted when client you makes first purchase ever within a participating store. Only available once per client.
50 welcome points, offered when registering to La Prairie Loyalty Program. Only available once per client.
50 points when subscribing to La Prairie newsletter communications.
50 points for completing profile, granted when month of birth and day of birth are populated for the first time. Only available once per client.
50 points per verified product review. Clients can complete product reviews only on purchased products and samples received.
100 points for completing skin quiz. Available twice per year per client.
100 points for sustainability, granted on top of the product value, when a refill product is purchased.
150 points per auto-replenishment purchase, granted on top of the product value for each product received with auto-replenishment option.
50-250 points on your birthday, granted when month of birth and day of birth are populated ahead of birthday date. Only available once every 12 months per client, dependent on client's loyalty tier at the birthday date.
300 points per referral, granted upon successful referral, meaning when the referred person completes a purchase.

The Program is a multi-tier program. Tiers are determined by the number of Points a Participant has collected through eligible purchases and activities in a rolling 12-month period. There are 4 tiers with corresponding benefits:
Tier 1, Silver: 0 - 1'499 points
Tier 2, Rose: 1'500–4'999 points
Tier 3, Champagne: 5'000 - 9'999 points
Tier 4, Gold: >10'000 points

Your online account contains an overview of the benefits and rewards available to you based on the points collected through your purchases made in participating points of sale, on rolling 12-months period.
The La Prairie Loyalty Program may change at any time, please consult our Terms and Conditions here. You shall be informed in case the Program changes. Please note that local differences can also be possible.
Points are credited automatically to your account. For purchases made on LP.com, points are credited once your order has been shipped. For in-store purchases, points are credited within 24 hours of your transaction. Points remain valid for 12 months and will expire one year after they are collected. (To check updated T&C's)
Points you have collected remain valid during the immediately preceding twelve (12) months (the “Rolling 12-Month Period”). The Rolling 12-Month Period is a moving window and is recalculated daily.
Your tier status is determined based on the total number of Points you have collected during a Rolling 12-Month Period. Each day, we recalculate your tier by looking back over the Rolling 12-Month Period ending on that day and calculate the Points collected during that period. Your tier for that day is the tier corresponding to that Rolling 12-Month total under the applicable tier thresholds.
All the purchases from the participating points of sales are eligible to receive Points.

Your La Prairie Loyalty Program account and the Points are personal and nontransferable. Therefore, it is not possible to transfer your Points to another person
You can redeem any reward from the catalogue at any time, provided you have sufficient points available in your loyalty account.
In order to redeem rewards and/or benefits online, you must place a new order. Ensure that you have added an eligible product into the Shopping bag before adding the reward of your choice. Reedemable gifts are available either inside the Loyalty dedicated page or inside the Shopping bag.
In order to redeem rewards and/or benefits in store, your Beauty Advisor in participating Points of Sale will be able to support you. No purchase is necessary to redeem your reward in store. Rewards and benefits may vary and are subject to availability.
Cash redemption is not possible.
Only one gift can be redeemed per order.
Your Loyalty points balance will be updated accordingly.If your order is cancelled or returned, you will not collect any loyalty points from that purchase.
You can change your personal information directly on our website, by going to your account, in the "My Account" section.
When visiting the participating Points of Sale, you can also ask your Beauty Advisor for assistance.
If you no longer wish to participate in the Program, you may terminate at any time without notice by (i) deactivating your Program account on the Website inside your Loyalty program page of “My Account” or (ii) by referring to your Beauty Advisor in the participating Points of Sales.
After the termination date, all Points and reward entitlements in your account automatically expire and your access to the Program and its functions will automatically end.
As a logged-in member, you will have access to a personal referral link (available at the bottom of the Loyalty page). Share this link with your friend. You will be rewarded with 300 points as soon as your friend joins the program and places an order on Laprairie.com.
The referred person must use the link shared by the friend to access Laprairie.com, input the email address in the dedicated pop-up appearing on their first visit, and then proceed with the regular registration to the program. The points will be credited once the order is placed.
