Please be aware that products listed on our website are subject to availability. Should you order a product that is currently unavailable, you will an email notification informing you of the unavailability of the product. In such an instance, your order not be processed and you will not be charged.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Orders with express delivery will be processed the same day if placed before 11:00 a.m. Please note that no orders can be processed on Christmas Day or Swiss public holidays; they will be processed the following day.
Once your order is placed, standard shipping will take approximately 2 to 4 business days depending on the destination. Delivery to more remote areas may, however, require a longer delivery time.
While we do our best to pack and ship your item with the utmost care, there may be times when an item is damaged in transit. Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by the internal La Prairie system for various reasons. La Prairie would ask you to note that some of the more usual reasons for cancellation include:

There are several reasons why your credit card payment may have been declined. However, these are the most common:
- 1. You are trying to ship to an address outside of Metropolitan France/Corsica. La Prairie unfortunately does not ship internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
- 2. You have entered an incorrect address, incorrect postcode, or an address that is not directly associated with the credit card you are trying to use.
