We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely to you. We apologize if any products get damaged while in transport.

If you return a product or products in an order, then you must also return any exclusive offer/gift with purchase (GWP) that you may have received with that order or you will be charged the full value of the GWP.

After you request return via Client Service and repack the original packaging and give package to delivery man.

After we check the return package, the refund will be done within 3 days, but it can be different for clients to get refunded based on payment method.

What is the procedure for returning or exchanging La Prairie products?

If you are not completely satisfied with your laprairie.com purchase, you may return within 30 days of purchase. Only items purchased on LaPrairie.com with valid and accompanying order information may be accepted for return.
Please note that if you have redeemed a gift with purchase, you are obligated to return the gift along with your qualifying items otherwise your return will not be accepted.

In order to receive a refund:

1. Contact the Client Services to have a return shipping label emailed to you.
2. Fill out the return form and attach the prepaid mailing label to the outside of your package. Make sure samples and promotional items are included.
3. Your return package can be given to your Post Office, a UPS Drop Box or UPS driver.

Use another shipping method
Simply complete the return form included with your shipment. Repack the item(s) in the original packaging and enclose the completed form. Mail the package using the label provided by customer service. Packages must be returned using an insured method. We regret that we are unable to accept C.O.D deliveries.
Please allow 7-10 business days from receipt of package for processing and transit time for return packages.
