If I was to purchase a La Prairie product as a gift, could the recipient exchange it for another product?
We do not offer exchanges, but the purchase can be returned free of charge.
Please be aware that should you return a product or products, then you must also return any exclusive offer or gift with purchase (GWP) received with your order. Failure to do so may result in you being charged the full value of the GWP.
Only items purchased on laprairie.com (USA) with valid and accompanying order information may be accepted for return.
Please note that if you have redeemed a gift with purchase, you are obligated to return the gift along with your qualifying items otherwise your return will not be accepted.
In order to receive a refund:
1. Contact the Client Services to have a return shipping label emailed to you.
2. Fill out the return form and attach the prepaid mailing label to the outside of your package. Make sure samples and promotional items are included.
3. Your return package can be given to your Post Office, a UPS Drop Box or UPS driver.
Use another shipping method
Simply complete the return form included with your shipment. Repack the item(s) in the original packaging and enclose the completed form. Mail the package using the label provided by customer service. Packages must be returned using an insured method. We regret that we are unable to accept C.O.D deliveries.
Please allow 7-10 business days from receipt of package for processing and transit time for return packages.
