La Prairie currently offers FREE standard shipping for all orders in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. The following shipping & handling charges apply to 2nd day and overnight shipping:

UPS 2-Day: $15
UPS Next Day (overnight): $22

Currently La Prairie only ships to the above locations. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take additional time for delivery and are not guaranteed delivery times.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekends or holidays). All orders processed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed the following business day and shipped out that day, based on product availability. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

All orders are subject to bank authorization prior to processing and only purchases that are authorized and approved will be shipped. Once an order is processed, those that are sent via standard (ground) shipping takes approximately 1-6 business days based on the destination.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed with UPS 2nd Day or Next Day service for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Please be advised that for security purposes, all package deliveries will require a signature. La Prairie cannot accept responsibility for the theft or loss of items once delivered. At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Boxes or outside the United States.

If you are not completely satisfied with your La Prairie purchase, you may return within 30 days of purchase. Only items purchased on La Prairie (USA) with valid and accompanying order information may be accepted for return.

Please note that if you have redeemed a gift with purchase, you are obligated to return the gift along with your qualifying items otherwise your return will not be accepted.

IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND:

1. Contact customer service to have a return shipping label emailed to you. Call 800-821-5718 or email Customer.Service@laprairie.com.
2. Fill out the return form and attach the prepaid mailing label to the outside of your package. Make sure samples and promotional items are included.
3. Your return package can be given to your Post Office, a UPS Drop Box or UPS driver.

USE ANOTHER SHIPPING METHOD – Simply complete the return form included with your shipment. Repack the item(s) in the original packaging and enclose the completed form. Mail the package using the label provided by customer service. Packages must be returned using an insured method. We regret that we are unable to accept C.O.D deliveries.

Please allow 7-10 business days from receipt of package for processing and transit time for return packages.

Pre-Order items. These items are not immediately available for shipping but can be purchased online through invite two to three weeks prior to the public release. These items can be pre-ordered to secure them once they become available. Payment will be reserved when or shortly after your order is placed and your credit card will only be charged for pre-order reservations at the time of shipment. Delivery times will be communicated to you before you place your order and again when you receive order confirmation. You may cancel your order at any time up to the item’s dispatch.
