Position the rings on the index and middle fingers of the same hand. Perform each movement with light, controlled pressure.
Beginning at the bridge of the nose, place one finger above and the other below the eyebrow. Smoothly glide outward, following the brow bone to the temple.

Beginning at the bridge of the nose, place one finger above and the other below the cheekbone. Glide outward along the cheekbone toward the ear. Then, starting again at the bridge of the nose and using the same two fingers with the rings, perform delicate upward flicking motions beneath the cheekbone, gently tapping the skin as you move toward the ear.

Beginning at the chin, place one finger above and the other below the jawline. Glide outward along the jawline toward the ear. Then, starting again at the chin and using the same two fingers with the rings, perform delicate upward flicking motions beneath the jawline, gently tapping the skin as you move toward the ear.
